Files
- This salary spreadsheet can be used to track details about members' salaries and to report this information to TRAF.
Forms
The following forms must be completed by the employer:
- Active Teacher Death
- Eligible Employee Designation Request
- Substitute Service Purchase Application (The member will fill out part of the form and then submit it to each applicable school division.)
- If you need more space on the Substitute Service Purchase Application, fill out the Substitute Purchase and Earnings Information form and submit it to TRAF with the original application form.
